Although all Host Express Web Hosting and Virtual Private Server products include basic support, Host Express also offers additional levels of support for our customers. Whether you require end-to-end management of your solution, or you would like to purchase a block of hours for assistance when it is most required, Host Express is here to help.
Although our team is able to assist with a number of services, Host Express commonly provides support for:
- Remote maintenance and management of colocated equipment.
- Installation and configuration of software.
- Server maintenance – including configuration and installation.
- Assistance with software and hardware faults – including fault diagnosis and repair.
- Software and operating system update installation / patching.
- Backup and restoration of data.
